I like this design because it uses a different style than I usually see. I like how the words cut into his head and how some of the words also go behind his head. I also like how there is some small shapes that look almost like tape. And the picture is sepia witch also add to the coloring.

What is this design trying to get you to do?
This design is trying to get me to buy Lyons Tea.
What color theory do you see?
The color theory I see is a contrast in colors with the vibrant orange and the bright blue. Which helps the white title to pop out.
What decade do you think it was made? And why?
I think this was made in the 1890's. I think this because I can tell that it is weathered and old. And I also recognized the style to.

This company was founded in 1884.

What is this design trying to get you to do?
This design is trying to tell me to watch a movie.
What color theory do you see?
I see red and yellow tones it creates a haunting vibe. I also see layering.With the people on top being really big and then the city creating a barrier between the people and the living outfitz.

I think this was made in 1980's. Because the use of the colors and typography.
Do you think the font is important to the design? Why?
Yes, I do think the font is important to the design because if this poster had a big bubbly font to it, it wouldn't have the funny but "scary" vibe.

In this design I see a pop of red that definitely catches my eye. I also see a balance between all this lettering. And I also see words like "can, lead, we and be" All together very inspirational words.
Week 9
This design has many elements but i don't personally think that they all work good together. Besides the fact that i cant read the writing i feel like the big E and A are not in the right spot if the E and A were centered i think it would make the design a whole lot better. Also the colors don't stand out so nothing really reaches out to my eye like a good design usually does.
Week 10
I chose this design because it inspires me. This design is not only colorful and fun but it also very inspirational. This quote "The fact that there are no limits" is almost mind boggling but I love it. It shows with its design that anything is posable with a little creativity and a little color you can turn your ideas in to designs and/or art.

I lke this design because of the color scheme and topic. I love Califronia and the colors are a great example of those actually in california. I also like how everything has a space in between so you can see the different colors and elements in this design.

I like this design because its simple. I like how its not complicated and has only one color incorporated in the whole design. I also like the use of swirls in the ornement and the tiny bow at the top. And also the small "merry christmas!"
